OMRI™ Listed Espresso Machine Cleaner
January 10, 2006 (Yonkers, NY) - Urnex Brands, Inc. announced today that it has developed an OMRI™ listed version of its Cafiza® Espresso Machine Cleaner Powder for use with organic coffee programs. The listing comes after panel review by the Organic Materials Review Institute - also known as OMRI™. The listing is based on the product's full compliance with the requirements of the USDA National Organic Program.
Cafiza® OMRI™ is an integral component in the daily cleaning regimen for espresso machines. The product is designed to remove coffee oil and residue and insure consistently great tasting beverages. This version of Cafiza® has been developed in an effort to satisfy the market need for a professional-grade cleaning product compatible with organic coffee programs.
