Dezcal™ Activated Scale Remover
September 25, 2003 (Yonkers, NY) -- Today, Urnex Brands, Inc. announced the introduction of Dezcal™ Activated Scale Remover. The powder product is specifically formulated for safe and easy use in descaling the hot water tanks and components of coffee & espresso equipment. Although descaling brewer tanks is a technical job, Urnex® believes that the Dezcal™ formula and packaging will offer an opportunity for more regular preventive maintenance programs to be implemented.
The packaging for Dezcal™ provides several unique benefits. While the product is portioned into traditional, 7 oz. (200g) sachets, Urnex® is also offering a double pack configuration. The double pack pre-divides the product into two separate 3.5 oz. (100g) compartments. This helps users conserve product when less than a full sachet is required. Along with the double pack innovation, Urnex® is pleased to announce that the Dezcal™ packaging is compliant with the regulatory guidelines of both the United States and the European Union. Each package is printed with all product information in four languages (English, Spanish, German, French).
